High summer 2019, I crossed the threshold and ventured forth into the suburban wilderness of Altona (3018, Australia).
Residential blocks of the kind seen throughout Australia’s population centres in one direction, heavy industry in the other.

The home / self becomes the neighbourhood / other and the pieces explore the uncanny, sometimes fearsome nature of where we live:

Replicated, marginally distinct and strongly divergent from the stories we tell each other about ourselves.

But still, somehow, beautiful.
